Introduction to the exhibition:

After 22 years of development, saharaexpo, sponsored by Egypt Expo, has become the most important agricultural exhibition in the region, and its influence radiates across northern Africa and the Middle East. A large number of professional trade visitors gather at Sahara international agricultural exhibition every September, because they know that this is the best way to save money, find the source of goods with half the effort and order agricultural products from all over the world. Since our company organized the exhibition in 2003, up to 2009, more than 200 companies have participated in the exhibition.

The exhibition has eight pavilions with a total exhibition area of 20000 square meters. In 2008, 208 companies from Spain, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, Belgium, Greece and other European countries and the Middle East region, as well as 45 countries from China, South Korea, Japan and other Asian countries, displayed agricultural irrigation equipment, fertilizer, fertilizer, fertilizer, etc Water pumps, tractors, agricultural vehicles, greenhouses, vegetation protection and horticultural equipment and other products.

In the exhibition, the exhibits with the largest number and the most attention are agricultural machinery, agricultural irrigation products, greenhouse, etc., accounting for 70% of all the exhibits. China happens to be a big producer of these products. It can be said that participating in agricultural exhibitions in developed countries is an opportunity for Chinese enterprises to learn and introduce advanced technology, while participating in agricultural exhibitions in developing countries is a good opportunity for Chinese enterprises to export their products in the face of vast African and Middle East markets.

Egypt has an active trade policy and signed a number of bilateral and multilateral trade agreements. The largest population involved in its trade agreements is 1563 million. In the first quarter of 2008, the average import tariff rate was reduced to 5.9%. Egypt has signed free trade agreements with Libya, Syria, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey and other countries. Egypt joined the World Trade Organization on June 30, 1995.
